Thanks for your interest in a custom ornament! After you fill out this order request, I will personally contact you via email to confirm your order details and begin the custom process.

  • $60/ea if you order one

  • $55/ea if you order two or more at a time

Please note: filling out the form below does not officially place an order. Orders will be finalized and paid for through personal emails after I receive this preliminary form.

CUSTOM ORNAMENTS FAQ

ORDERING:

  • A: After filling out and submitting the form above, I’ll contact you via email to confirm design details and ask for reference photos.

    Once this is confirmed, full payment is due via the payment method of your choice. Your order will then enter the queue. Turnaround for painting is currently 2 weeks.

    Before adding the glossy topcoat, I will email you a photo of the piece in case any minor adjustments are needed. After the design is approved, I will add the glossy finish and hanging loop to finish the ornament.

  • A: Payments are preferred via my PayPal or Venmo; however, if you are unable to pay via those methods, I am happy to accept what works best for you! We will decide this over email.

  • A: Your ornament(s) will be wrapped with tissue paper and sent in a bubble mailer via USPS.

    If you prefer a different carrier or want rush shipping, I’m happy to work with you to find the best option and rates.

  • A: Once your order is confirmed and reference photos submitted, painting turnaround time is currently estimated at 2 weeks.

    After I send the finished package, I unfortunately have no control over the shipping time. To avoid holiday season shipping delays, I strongly recommend placing your order as soon as possible, ideally before the end of November.

  • A: Since all items are customized and handmade, refunds are not available once payment has processed and I’ve begun painting.

    If you are unsatisfied with your finished ornament, please reach out at marishalozada.studio@gmail.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

DESIGN:

  • A: A good reference photo is clear, well-composed, and as close to your desired finished image as possible. A photo you already love is a great choice!

  • A: Sure! If you have a photo of multiple pets already together, that would be best for reference. (If not, I can composite different photos.)

    More than one pet in an ornament will cost extra. A final price based on the complexity of the image will discussed over email.

  • A: Of course! Make sure to email me the writing and font style you’d like. I can add it to the back of the ornament.

    All monograms are $5 extra.

  • A: Before adding the glossy protective coat and hanging loop, I will email you an image of the painted ornament to confirm the finished design.

    I aim to honor the reference photo you send me (so it’s important you send a reference image you like!)

    That said, I understand that sometimes changes are necessary! I am happy to offer one round of changes at this point in the painting process.

    Minor painting revisions (slight color changes, addition/subtraction of small details, etc.) are included in the original price of the ornament.

    Major revisions (composition changes, fully repainted areas, etc.) may come at an additional cost. Pricing will be explained and agreed upon via email before any changes are made.
